Currently a TSL but I’m looking to get out. I’ve been told to look at the CSE role. Anyone on here have any insight?

What does a TSL do? I just got moved to a TSL role and I have no idea what the actual job role is. There’s been zero information and I’m so lost that I made this reddit account to ask here.

At first I thought it was account planning and sales strategy, but now I’m hearing TSLs have to do cold outreach as well?

I’m so lost. Please help.
