I wrote my own encryption algorithm as a beginner. How long would it take to crack? (A$20 Prize)

Edit: I don’t know how to undo the solved flair, but I changed the decrypt message a bit and another A$20 is up for challenge

About a month after I started learning to program, I decided to write my own encryption algorithm from scratch. I know it’s almost certainly not cryptographically secure, but I’m curious how difficult it actually is to break.

I put together a website where you can try the encryption out:
https://encryption-thing-v1.vercel.app/

Challenge: Decrypt the challenge ciphertext on the site.

The decrypted message contains instructions on how to contact me and claim the prize.

Prize: The first person to successfully decrypt the challenge message and contact me as instructed will receive A$20 via PayPal.

I’m not claiming this is secure or comparable to modern encryption like AES. This was simply a project I built when I was about one month into learning programming, and I’m interested to see how experienced programmers and cryptography enthusiasts approach it.

I’d also really appreciate it if the winner could explain how they broke it so I can learn from it.
Good luck!
