Why does this buff seem basically useless?

I mean with the construct having to be lvl 10 and with Sov relics being the hardest to obtain you'd think this would be the best buff

Why?

Ok I know it may sound like skill issue but genuinely why do these guys not only have an attack that puts silence on you. They also have a aoe defense piercing attack that has Unexpected Zooming level of speed?

Then the screw you cherry on top is that they in the category of enemies that have flying and mobility attributes

I think we should have a mechanic to where we go replay chapters just for fun

So I know it sounds dumb but I think it'd be a nice thing to have we could just go back and play any chapter we want just for fun. Albeit it could also be if you wanna play a specific chapter again in hardmode without making a whole another file
