30M advice on tricky crown and temples
Hey guys, I'm seriously considering getting an HT after a long time of seeing posts about surgeries here.
I'm 30 and I've been on meds (dut + minox) for the last 5 years. I feel that my hair loss has completely stabilised and hair got thicker.
I mainly want to fix my receding hairline, but my biggest concern is the crown and temples. I have really strong, open cowlicks. Because the hair naturally spirals outward in different directions and I had some thinning before the meds, you can see quite a bit of scalp.
On the temples I really have thin hair and it has not improved after long time of meds.
how many grafts do you think I need for both areas? Would I have a good result transplanting into a crown with such prominent whorls? Should I consider doing the temples on the surgery?
