Hey all,

I've just been accepted as a Recruit Firefighter for QFD starting my recruit course later this year. Just wanted to reach out and see how the academy experience was for people who have made it through?

What was it like? Advice/Challenge/Fitness required etc. We have gotten alot of information and expections for the 16 week course, but would love to hear from some people who have been previously.

I'm guessing the other states will have a similar academy structure too so any and all info would be appreciated.
