Social Media Cleanse Rant!

So, I'm starting a new flower shop business and I really need to focus on building that because it's super important to me and I need to get my affairs in order so that it can be a huge success, but it's hard to focus when I constantly being bombarded by posts, and reels and dm's about different people's businesses striving, and they make it look so easy, that it makes me so discouraged and I'm starting to have anxiety attacks, and it's also making my depression come back because I'm feeling discouraged.. almost like I should give up on my dream. I've talking to my family and friends about what's been going on and they've been supportive and suggested that I should take a break from Socials, but idk because I get my inspiration from reddit, instagram and pinterest, so like I don't want to give it up but at the same time, I think should prioritize my mental health.

So what should I do??

Which business entity should I start?

Hi, my name is Tasha and I am beginning my own flower shop with bracelet curation on the side. I have read online that there is something called an "LLC" and a "Corporation" but I'm confused on the difference because aren't they just both businesses?

What's the difference between the two? How do they work? What even is a "registered agent?"

Tasha's Petals for Parties & Custom Bracelets Operations??

My name's Natasha, (Natty for short) and I've recently been thinking about starting my own flower shop, I've been thinking about owning my own real estate separate from my own personal stuff and I was wondering if should hire outside help or make it more of a family-run business because I heard people think family-run businesses are more authentic, but I also need to consider that when hiring family members, personal relationships bring drama to our family unit. Also, what type of business entity should I use??

I Need Help Choosing a Business Idea!

Currently, I have been overthinking about my dream business. I've had these ideas for a while, but I just decided to come on here and get some other people's perspectives.

I have a few ideas:

-A cute handmade jewelry store where me and my girls craft personalized bracelets for our local communities in need, if I go with this business, I think I may call it 'Tasha's Trinkets'.
-My own little coffee shop, that's like super chic and modern, but rustic and aesthetically pleasing, I may name it 'Tasha's Brew'
-A flower company where we make bouquets and other flower arrangements for special events, the names I've been thinking about are 'Tasha's Bloom Bar' or 'Natasha's Petals'/'Natasha's Petals for Parties'

Your available capital: $200,000 without loans

Your skills and experience: Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship. Want to get masters later. Experience, worked in marketing for a bit

Preferred Industry(s): Retail Goods and Services.

Preference for Online or Brick and Mortar: Obviously Brick and Mortar, Boutique is my thing!!!

Have you run a business: No, that's why I'm asking, lol.

I don't know which one would be like most fitting for me, or how to even begin, or what type of business entity to use?

Any help would be amazing! Love!
