Hello all,

I'm recently after moving into a house in Ireland and want to tidy the coaxial cable coming out of the wall in the attached picture.

I was planning on stripping the cable and putting on the wall bracket shown on the bottom of the picture.

The cable is a compression fitting

But on second thought, am I best to leave it and put on a blank cover or one that has a flap if I need it for the future...
