I’ve been dealing with sleep paralysis for a while now and have spent a lot of time figuring out what actually helps vs what just sounds good in theory.
After trying a bunch of things (sleep schedule fixes, calming routines, etc.), I’ve started building a simple app focused on \*\*sleep paralysis prevention + in-episode support\*\*.
The idea is not anything “medical” — just something practical that actually helps in the moment when an episode hits, and also reduces how often it happens.
Before I go too far, I wanted to ask people here:

(Not “nice to have” — what would actually make you use it during or around episodes?)
\*\*Would you be open to beta testing it?\*\*
If yes, I’ll share early access once it’s usable.
\*\*Are you currently using any apps or tools to help with sleep or SP?\*\*
(White noise, meditation apps, anything else — curious what’s already working)
Trying to build something genuinely useful for this community instead of guessing.
