Cholesterol
How’s this even possible? A week apart from quest and labcorp. My triglycerides were 68 labcorp and 134 quest.
Quest shows 2070 for LDL-P and labcorp shows 1293.

So I got two blood tests done over the last week from two different companies.
Quest : 5/09/26
Labcorp: 5/16/26
My LDL-P on quest was extremely high at 2200 nmol and my LDL-P with labcorp was just 1200 nmol.
How’s this even possible? I heard that quest is extremely inaccurate and gives falsely high readings.
Also, my triglycerides were 134 under quest and 68 on labcorp. I don’t understand.

I got both tests done not even a week apart from each other! Why does quest scores always go extremely high compared to labcorp?
Labcorp tested on 5-15-26
Quest tested on 5-8-26
This is been talked about everywhere on Reddit, so if you ever get tested from quest on a cardiac iq panel just know your results will be much higher.
Anyone know why this is the case. Also, I did my triglycerides and they were 134 on quest and 68 on labcorp 😂
Hey everyone ,
I just got the advanced heart health panel and I’m concerned about a few metrics I got. I’m 24 years old and eat super healthy and cut out sugar completely. I workout 5 times a week but seem to have higher than normal numbers.
Total cholesterol : 188 mg/dl
HDL cholesterol: 41 ng/dl
LDL. Cholesterol : 121 mg/dl
LP(a) : 34 nmol/L. I got one 4 months ago and it was 18 so I don’t know how it would increase so much if it’s genetic.
LP PLA2 activity : 123 nmol/min/mL. <124 is normal.
Can yall help on what to do? I want to increase my HDL and lower my LP PLA2 activity and lower my LDL. less
