LPT If you want to see if a forum or any group of people for that matter have any real knowledge of what they're talking about, ask them a basic day 1 question. If all you get is hedging, they're all clueless. Move on.

Groups of people who all share a skill or passion are a treasure trove of information, and they love talking about it. People who hedge, don't know the answer to your question.

Example:

"Hey, guys! I was wondering how to get started making money baking..."

"Contact the small business center"

or...

"All you have to do is google it..."

Those people have absolutely no idea the answer to your question. You scared them when you asked.

Just forget them and move on.

How difficult is it to get a food truck setup in the area? I have always wanted to do something like this.

I hope some people can provide me with some good insights. I don't know much about it at all, but I would love to be doing my own thing!

Genuinely curious as to how other Floridians are doing financially. I know the news says one thing and reality seems to be saying something else as usual.

I'm curious about how things are really going in our state. You can't trust the media or the HOA people who have to look rich.

How are real people doing? What's life like in your area?
