Once the device is switched on and gets to the home screen absolutely nothing on the device is usable. I can use a Bluetooth keyboard in the BIOs but I haven’t found a setting to fix it. I suspect it’s driver related but I can’t actually use the device to do anything with it. The light that shows keyboard/gamepad turns on when I power it up but turns off after it gets into the system.

Anyone got any ideas or know how to factory reset it without entering into device manager?

Hi all, I’m just wanting a second opinion on what could be wrong with my fans so I know what to look for when I eventually take it apart.

Does it sound bad enough that they need replacing or would giving the fans a clean fix it?
