My mat9 upper extractor got chipped and now it won't pull the round out after firing. Does anyone know how to get a hold of Matador I put in a support ticket two weeks ago and all I need is a replacement extractor is there anywhere I can look for one from a 3rd party?

When I pull the bolt back and lock it when I drop the bolt catch the bolt sticks rearward and I have to smack it on the right side of the upper to get it to release. The tracks the bolt rides on are a bit worn, but I've only put between 300 to 400 rounds through it so far
