I fractured my finger and then my doctor put me in a short arm cast and I got the cast taken off and they recommended I buddy tape it for two weeks before seeing them again. I can’t straighten my finger all the way and it looks the same before I got the cast.. is there any finger stretches you guys recommend ? I asked for a splint to straighten it but they wanted to wait for a bit before putting me in one so I’m trusting the process of course cause I know doctor knows best.
