New Rule: Advertisements and lease takeover posts are no longer allowed.

Earlier this week, I ran a poll to get y'all's opinions on whether these types of posts should be allowed. The answer was pretty definitive. From now on, advertisements for services, requests for services, and lease takeover posts are not allowed as part of the subreddit. This rule has been added to the official subreddit rules, and will be enforced with the following:

* First offense: Post removal and warning.

* Second offense: Post removal and one week ban.

* Third offense: Post removal and permanent ban.

Should r/Baylor allow advertisements and lease takeover posts that are tangentially related to the university?

We have had an uptick in these types of posts lately, and I'd like to know the attitude of the sub toward them. Ads that have been allowed recently include piano lessons taught by a current student. Lease takeover posts also happen regularly, and those that are allowed are usually from student housing or majority-student properties. Do y'all mind these posts, or should they be limited some way?
