I was trying to formulate a build using many minions and bone synergies while using the deathspeaker's pendant, since I wanted to use Pins and Needles variant for Blood Surge and as such couldn't spec You And What Army. However, I was farming Varshan for about an hour and never saw it drop.

I wasn't getting any info when searching online on if the item was removed from the game in season 13 when necromancer was redone and You And What Army was introduced, as I suspect the variant might have replaced the item entirely. Does anyone have any info on whether it still drops?
