Burnt out at TD EasyLine/Digital Tech — looking for a way into analyst or operations work

Hey everyone, I’m based in Montreal and have about a year of experience at TD in EasyLine/Digital Tech, handling troubleshooting, transactions, and financial inquiries. I’m bilingual in English and French, and I’m looking to move into an analyst, operations, or consultant role, ideally at another financial institution.

Honestly, I’m exhausted. I keep getting late shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays, and it feels like I have no life outside work. The queue is relentless, the AHT target is now 335, and between late-night call listening and constant checking for unscheduled breaks, I feel micromanaged on top of everything else.

It’s my first year in Canada, and this isn’t how I hoped to spend it—constantly stressed and too drained to enjoy being here. I’m willing to work hard and keep learning, but I need a change and a role where I can see a future.

If anyone has made the move out of banking call centres, knows of openings, or has connections that could help, I’d really appreciate hearing from you. I can share my CV privately. Even advice on which roles to target would help.

I’m just tired of feeling stuck and ready to move forward.
