Firm Suspension & Noisy Cabin in Kushaq 1.0 AT

I recently took the test drive of the Skoda Kushaq 1.0 AT (8TC) and have the following queries,

  • The cabin feels quite noisy at city speeds, and the engine and transmission seem to work hard, providing an unsettled experience.
  • The new 8TC feels jumpy the moment I press the accelerator, making it difficult to control in stop-and-go traffic. The previous 6TC (which I tried in Slavia, Kylaq) felt better.
  • The suspension is quite firm in city speeds, and concrete roads are quite noticeable.

Need Advice on Back Seat

I'm planning to go with Kylaq Prestige+ AT and I have few queries before pulling the trigger,

  1. I know the back seat of Kylaq is strictly 2 adults, but is the recline angle good enough for long distance drives? My partner mentioned it was quite upright and doesn't feel relaxed there.

  2. Is the brake pedal angle a bit steep? I feel it's more angled compared to other cars in this segment.

I felt Slavia/Kushaq is better in both aspects, but spending extra lakhs just for these feels unnecessary. Please share your thoughts.
