I lost my s pen and wanted a replacement. Are these good enough or should get an original one? (This is 3,500 rupees)

It keeps tapping in just this area of the screen randomly. I thought it might be the cover so I tried without the cover and this same issue persists. What could possibly be the issue and how much would this cost to repair (im in uae)
