Hi folks , Can I use access at home workouts in orange theory fitness app and heart rate monitor even after I cancel membership

I’m currently on H-1B status, and my current H-1 is valid until August 2028.

Due to a family emergency, I may need to travel to my home country and stay there for approximately 6–8 months. I would like to understand process regarding extended stays outside the United States while maintaining active employment and H-1B status.

I got the below questions.

1. Whether Deloitte allows employees on H-1B to remain outside the U.S. for 6–8 months while continuing employment.
2. Whether such an extended stay could impact my H-1B status, payroll, tax status, or future re-entry to the United States.
3. Whether any approvals, documentation, or special arrangements would be required from HR, immigration, or project leadership before travel.
4. Whether I would be able to re-enter the U.S. using my current valid H-1B approval and visa documentation after returning from my country.

Please kindly let me know if anyone had faced similar situation .
