How do you know if your Business Central setup is the problem, not the software?
I keep seeing mixed opinions on Dynamics 365 Business Central. Some people say it works well once configured properly, others seem stuck fighting reports, workflows, permissions, integrations and messy processes.
My feeling is that a lot depends on the implementation partner, not just BC itself. I came across Infinity Group while looking at UK Dynamics providers, and what stood out was the focus on Business Central implementation/support rather than just selling licences.
For people already using BC, what were the signs that your setup needed fixing instead of replacing the system?
