As if weddings aren't stressful enough!
Our caterer has pulled out last minute and we are in search of a new caterer for an 85 person wedding on October 24th in Lanark County.
We wanted to do buffet style BBQ meats and sides with a budget around $3-5k.

Been on 0.5mg for 9 of 13 weeks. I've had about 24 lbs of weight loss from 181lbs to 158lbs over this time. I had asked to stay at 0.5mg since it was doing what I wanted for food noise and appetite suppression. For the past 2 weeks I have plateaued at this weight, appetite has increased slightly and the cravings definitely are back for food I hadn't thought about since starting. I still find I am full quite quickly with larger meals. Just wondering if I should go up to 1mg to curb the cravings and appetite more?
