TW: life in danger from depression/anxiety

I've tried to quit twice and both times became dangerous because my thoughts were too dark. The first time I was on diazpam but it wasn't enough. The second time I tried to reduce much more slowly but it still became dangerous.

Is there anything else I can take at the same time to stop the depression and anxiety from putting me in danger? Of course I would take any advice to my psychiatrist first.

I want to quit moclobemide because I have a desease that Wellbutrin could help.
