What is a good phone app that has prayers, daily readings saints of the day etc?

I have been eating this way for years now. I do it for autoimmune issues and it’s helped tremendously. I have no issues with fasting because I have done it before and a ketogenic diet is fasting mimicking anyway. My question relates to a lot of traditional views that meat is rich and should be abstained from. Eating plants gives me flares with my condition and they simply aren’t satisfying. Is this something that can be worked through?
So I’m researching the nous and I find it fascinating compared to western thought. If I was to try to articulate it, it would “be still and know that I am God”. Would this be simplest way of thinking of it? I overthink a lot and find the idea of developing the nous as refreshing. It’s so basic. Glad to be investigating the eastern thoughts of the church. If I spent as much time in prayer as I do “studying” I would be better off.
Im a little confused on the east/west divide as far as the lifting of mutual excommunications of arc other in the 60’s. So there’s still a schism but not anathema?
I always hear the east is spiritual and the west is heavy on philosophy and definitions. There’s a certain you tube orthodox apologist that is very heavy on philosophy which I actually enjoy although he’s not very “charitable” in his interactions. The church councils were very heavy on philosophy coming from Hellenistic backgrounds so where does the average orthodox Christian look at apologetics and philosophy on dealing with non believers? Thanks
Forgive me if this sounds western. I have one foot in the west and the other is actively stepping eastward. I am currently doing orthodox catechesis. Do the orthodox view lines of succession like the west? The west looks at the east as having valid holy orders and sacraments because of legitimate apostolic lines. If not if an orthodox bishop is upset and consecrates bishops on his own do they have legitimate sacraments? I’m thinking specifically of the sspx ordaining bishops without romes approval. Thanks
