It's kinda weird using Inventor as a CAD program, since I'm used to SW and Onshape, but I've decided to use it for a cad contest can you guys add tips and addins to my inventor so that i can win. Its a speed modelling one

Hi I'm a new solidworks user i there anything to help me learn solid works, like a free course on yt or something.
I love my major as Mech E student, I’m in my first year and as the next semester approaches I’ve come to love the course since taking at first was huge gamble since my first love was robotics sooo i was kind of hesitant and was opting to choose mechatronics. But since then I’ve joined orgs, played around with huge machinery in our machine shop and even joined events and since then I fell inlove with my choice. Hopefully in my upcoming years i dont burn out, drop out or even loose my goal of oneday becoming a fully pledged Mech E.
Me and my friend are new to fixing machines, we have to fix this manual table top milling machine and we have to find the manual or this exact model. We have no clue from what manufacturer this is and our only clue was that this was donated to us back in 2014.
On our initial inspection we found that the machine still has power but the main problem is that the spindle does not spin at all. And so we want to open it up so that we can verify the problem the only thing is we don't know what model it is and we've lost the manual to it.
If someone who has expertise in this help would be extremely appriciated.
