Ordered a SIM card last weekend and ported to Visible from my current provider. Got a FedEx tracking number with an estimated delivery time. At work on Tuesday, I got a "failed delivery notification" because I was not home to sign and receive the package. Of course I'm not not home, it's a weekday. Everyone's at work. This morning I get another failed delivery notification. No one's home to sign because I'm at work!
I chat with a rep on the Visible app and they say there's nothing they can do to help because they only deliver on weekdays.
This is frustrating because on the Visible app, it says my number is now with Visible. Is there a rep here I can talk to please? Thanks
