Termite Activity after treatment. Southern Arizona, in master bedroom wall

Hello,

We performed Termidor termicide treatment in multiple parts of house with termite activity, then had Sentricon stakes placed, in early April. Have a warranty in place. Today saw these trails on top of new drywall and painted wall. I know it can take up to 90 days for treatment to be fully active. Is this something to worry about? I did call and leave a message with exterminator company. Waiting to hear back but it’s a holiday weekend. Thanks for the advice!

Is this acceptable?

We are doing a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen cabinet installers had some difficulty fitting in a cabinet next to a wall, there was some damage, which they tried to fix but there is a gap between the cabinet and wall and you can see in between. I think it looks sloppy. Our contractor seems to think this is fine. For the money we are paying, it just doesn’t seem right. Thoughts? Thanks for your time!
