What am I doing wrong?
My weight is 114kg at the moment. Two years ago I did a dexa scan where my body fat percentage was 51 percent at 116.7 kgs. Lean body mass wass 55.6kg and rmr was 1557calories. Since weight fluctuates in same range in these two years I dont think numbers changed much.
I lost around 9 kgs in 4 month (from 123kg) . The thing is I am going gym 3-4 times a week and maintaining diet in 1500-1700 calories. My protein intake is also 130g plus. I weigh all my food and log them. Why so slow fatloss? What am i doing wrong here? And also how to get to a low body fat percentage with minimal looseskin?
