Access Fertility..yay or nay

I m starting my 2nd IVF cycle in a different clinic in Ireland that offers Access Fertility. I am having mixed feelings if we should get it or not.Because of my age, I will only qualify for the Multi cycle programme that costs about 10k for 2 IVF/ICSI cycles with unlimited frozen transfers. No refunds if no baby. It does sound good and I would be likely to be needing more than 1 round.

Anyone that went with them?Or chose not to and why. Please and thanks.

Failed 1st IVF cycle

Hi Im 42. 43 in December.Doing my 1st IVF cycle in Ireland.Low AMH 0.47. Was my egg retrival today.5 follicles, only 1 egg.But the egg wasnt mature. So failed cycle.

I was on 387.5 units of Pergoveris , which I think is a higher dose.I was also on Cetrotide and trigger was Ovitrelle.

Read that ladies with low count might benefit from lower doses of medication.Anyone in a similar situation?I ll probaby have to change IVF clinics as my clinic seemingly has a 1 size fits all protocols.Thinking might have to go overseas like Greece. But dreading all the travel and planning needed as hard to get time off work.

Looking for any advice/suggestions or what worked thanks
