I’m hoping for help to find an artisan who can work with me to create a custom item, preferably in the NYC area but not necessary. For years I have been haunted by the vision of a purse that looks exactly like a trumpet flower but with two large copper rings as handles. I have wanted to learn to sew but am not skilled and would love to work with someone who has experience with special fabrics and structural design elements (as well as skilled craftsmanship). I don’t even know if this is possible but am looking to be pointed in a direction if anyone knows where to start with something like this! Maybe a costume designer? Thank you so much 💗
