Does anyone know when federal/state financial aid will be put into my financial aid account for towson. still waiting on guarantee access and federal pell grant to reach my account.

Just wondering if anyone knows aif there are any verizon deals which dont require a new line to be added. My phone is fully paid off and hoping to upgrade it and not get a new line. Based in the USA. TIA
