My dealerbought motorcycle ocassion is a disaster. What are my options for potentially getting my money back?

For context:

6 months ago I bought a Ducati 1198 from a very reputable Ducati dealer. The bike had been in service with them for 16 years and only had 1 owner who drove it to 18600km before it switched to me. The bike was in amazing condition and looked well cared for, barely a scratch on the paint and a full service history. I was sold immediately and bought it on the spot. The dealership did a major service and even replaced the brake calipers after they found out one of them was faulty. So far everything was good, I was happy with the service they provided and the assurance they gave me bike bike was in order. I did a lengthy test drive and really checked if everything worked fine before the final purchase. Now, 6 months later I regret even looking and this piece of shit.

From the first week the issues started already, a faulty rectifier almost fried the battery and caused some electrical issues and needed to be replaced. 2 weeks of waiting later and an apology I had my bike back.

3 weeks later while I was out riding on the highway the bike suddenly shut down almost causing me to crash because of a slipping rear tire. A currupted software part Neede replacing. This took 5 weeks because of worker shortages and them ordering the wrong part.

Then a month after I noticed that the bike started idling higher than it was supposed to do, turns out the throttle bodies were faulty and needed to be replaced. This took another couple weeks of waiting. When I could finally pick it back up I spoke to the salesmanager and voiced my concerns and that I was very unsatisfied with the bike and felt reluctant to ride it because of my safety. We spoke for a while and he basically told me he won't do a buyback and I should stop nagging about all the issues and I should be happy for the 1 year warranty they gave me. I was really taken aback by what was just said to me, how could a respectable dealership with 30 years of experience treat a customer who paid them 11k like shit????

Fast forward to Yesterday when I started up the bike it shut down when I put it in gear, didn't think too much of it and i rode of like normal when it started again. 10 minutes later the bike shut down in the middle of the highway, again almost causing a crash and now having to be put on a trailer which cost me 300 euros.

I'm sick and tired of having issues all the time, I only rode for 4k kilometers and have had nothing but issues and wasted time and money to get this thing to the dealership for repairs.

I'm sorry for the rant, now to the legal part.

Since I'm totally unhappy about the dealership and their lack of keeping me up to date and selling me a lemon of a bike I have decided to get rid of it. I paid a lot of money for something that does not work as advertised and the dealership has already turned down my offer for a buyback.

What can I do/who can I contact to help me further with this matter?
