Female, 30 yo
TGAB: >1000
TPA: 53
TSH, FT4: normal
Ultrasound shows TR4 nodule (taller than wide) and heterogenous echogenicity on the entirety of the thyroid.
Homocysteine: 15.8 (I don’t eat red meat and drink alcohol maybe 5-6 times a year)
Symptoms: absolute fkn exhaustion, trouble swallowing (including water sometimes), food feels like it gets stuck, can’t have anything touching my neck or feel like I’m choking, history of autoimmune problems, achey and weak body, gag reflex more active than normal, headaches, getting blister reactions to bug bites that I don’t normally get.
