So in 2023 I took my driving vehicle to a reputable mechanic/tuner in cape town, who charged me close to R50000 to sort out a problem, he asked for 80% of the total which I paid immediately and the difference would be paid on completion. He had my vehicle for more than a year (i was in constant contact with them). They then delivered, the car to me on a flatbed and upon investigating, major parts was missing (cylinder head, turbo, battery amongst other parts), claiming that I owe them money, but the agreement was that the difference is only paid on completion, and clearly my car is not completed. I then took them to RMI, who referred me to MIOSA, who in turn referred me to the NCC. The case is now currently with the NCC.

I also have all the WhatsApp receipts as i only communicated with them via whatsapp, they are also billing me an extra R5000 for stripping the head. They did not initially quote me on this. The head was stripped in March 2024, and only gave me a price in February 2025.

What other legal options are there that I can follow? Or should I let the process run its course?

I (M30) has been married to wife1 (F28) for 8 years and with wife2 for 3 years. We all get along really well, the sex is amazing, regular and sometimes feels like a porn movie.
