3 Years Selling FBM, 100% Good Standing Perform Metrics + Walmart+ Badge, Terminated Today for "Fulfillment Discrepancies" (No Appeals Allowed). Any Advice?
Hey everyone,
I was completely blindsided today by a termination email and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this specific automated flag or successfully escalated it.
The Situation
Selling History: Active, established seller on Walmart Marketplace for 3 years.
Fulfillment Model: 100% FBM. Every single order is packed and shipped by me from one physical location. No dropshipping, no retail arbitrage, no third-party fulfillment services.
The Termination Reason: Policy Violation: Code of Conduct : Fulfillment Discrepancies.
Status: Email states that the account is deactivated and "appeals will not be accepted."
Current Account Metrics (All in Good Standing)
(Attaching screenshots of Seller Center metrics & the notice)
On-time delivery: 100.0% (Standard: 90%+)
Cancellations: 0.0% (Standard: 2% or below)
Valid tracking rate: 99.4% (Standard: 95%+)
Ship-from location accuracy: 100.0%
On-time shipment: 99.6%
Carrier method accuracy: 95.1%
Late shipment: 0.1%
Negative feedback: 0.1%
Walmart+ Badge: Unlocked & Active
Why This Makes Zero Sense
Every metric across the board is green, my ship-from location accuracy is 100%, and tracking is uploaded properly with valid carrier scans. There were zero performance alarms, warnings, or policy notifications leading up to this sudden deactivation.
Has anyone dealt with a false positive under "Code of Conduct: Fulfillment Discrepancies" when standard appeals are locked?
If anyone has advice on the best escalation route, executive email contacts, or steps that worked for you to get a human to review the case, I would greatly appreciate your insight.
