myquals-diploma I stay whole day in indian library i can't seem to retain anything at all I am lost totally please help me . It's not that I am not putting efforts but i genuinely can't seem to retain anything at all

The first time I joined a library was after class 10th during neet preparation. I really liked the study environment I was so much confident that I can properly study from neet till now I in under graduation i used to daily go to library
Wake up go to library eat food on times and go home I used to roughly sit about 8-10 hrs on library, sometimes studying, sometimes not just scrolling the phone , during 1st semester i didn't joined library but at that time I scored the most I am unable to get it I will also go every Sundays in library i think i am really burnt out . In morning if I go in library till evening I feel so underconfident in my stomach bcz i haven't done anything except scrolling
Help me should I leave library all together or no but I am in my final year now ?
So I went there first he was polite and all and then suddenly his tone changed like he did asked me questions and all but he was too dominant like it was hard for me to open up seemed like he did care for money but his qualification seemed genuine
