Hi, just want to share my view about ITIL5.

I am ITIL Master, coming back from ITIL3, though officially getting Master via ITIL4.

I am doing ITIL5 exams now and my gosh, are those dumbed down.

Also ITIL going into product & experience dimensions (not only services) is a weird move, though I get that Mr. Nicolaides needs to expand to various markets.

I guess this is what ITIL3 Masters felt when they saw ITIL4.
