Looking for a lease takeover for a one-bedroom apartment at Astoria West, a newly built apartment complex located on the Astoria waterfront in Queens.
Available starting October 1. My current lease runs through mid-April 2027.
Rent is $3,580/month, plus a mandatory $200 community and amenities fee, as well as utilities. Some negotiation may be possible if you take over the lease.
The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and is in a building completed in 2022. I have been the first and only resident of the unit. It is north-facing and quite spacious for a one-bedroom, around 700 sqft.
The building is right on the waterfront and has great amenities, including a gym, rooftop, lounges, co-working spaces, and more. The swimming pool is not included in the standard amenities fee and requires a separate fee.
A few pieces of furniture may also be available if interested.
A deposit may be required depending on the lease takeover arrangement and management’s requirements.
