Severe drooling, no appetite, normal bloodwork – desperate for help

Hi everyone! This is my last hope to get some help.

About a month ago, my cat suddenly started drooling heavily, so we immediately took her to the vet. The vet said her teeth did not seem to have any major problems, only that her gums were a little inflamed, so she was given anti-inflammatory medication.

After one week there was no improvement despite the medication, so we took her back. She had blood tests done, and everything came back normal. The vet removed one inflamed tooth at that time. For about a week her condition and mood improved, but then suddenly she started drooling even more out of nowhere, stopped coming out, and stopped eating.

We took her back to the vet again, who rechecked her teeth and found everything normal, then sent us home saying they did not know what was wrong with her.

It has now been four days since then, and she refuses both food and water, seems lethargic, and barely comes out anymore.

What else could we do? We are taking her to another vet on Monday, but we are very worried something serious could happen before then…
