Is this app not on Google Play anymore or is it going through something? Just a curious question.

So we got my son a brand new system, not even a month old or half a month honestly. Worked for a bit but now doesn't want to turn on like at all, not even a flash just clicking when I hit the power button. Tried different plug in and different cord (my ps5 which works just fine) and nothing. Held down the bottom for more than long enough and absolutely nothing is happening, tried calling someone for support but the AI voice it whatever keeps referring me to online support.
