10 days my 2500 GBP are blocked by Kraken
Hi Kraken Support,
My account has been locked for 10 days now, and I cannot access my 2500 GBP funds. I have already uploaded all the requested documentation, including my Proof of Address and proof of IP
Despite having provided everything, I am still not receiving any responses to my emails. This delay is causing me a severe financial prejudice.
Could you please escalate my ticket to the verification team and have someone look into this immediately?
