How severe is the condition of my teeth, and what should I do
I am 24 years old and I have never had good dental hygiene. Since I was a child, I could sometimes go months without brushing my teeth. However, I want to change these bad habits and start taking good care of my teeth again.
I would like to know if there is anything specific I should look out for regarding my teeth, and if I need to schedule any particular medical or dental appointments?
I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol.
