Just moved (40+F) and looking for someone to cut my hair. Been going to a colorist I love and just have them trim it but I’m looking for something a bit more shaggy but not helmety- and I’ve seen them be hit or miss. If anyone has any recommendations for one they know that’s done it well or had it done, that would be appreciated.
