Best workout pairing with SolidCore?
I know there have been similar posts in the past, but for those who have been doing this consistently for a while (year +), what is the best non-solidcore workout you have found to supplement solidcore (or vice-versa) and what is your ratio?
I do Orange Theory 5-6 times a week and SolidCore 2-3 times and find they supplement each other really well, but have been thinking about tweaking my ratio. Also always on the lookout for other recommendations and opinions.
