Large collection of dolls
Hi. I am new to this forum, but I'm hoping someone here can help. I am the director of my local, very small town thrift store and we just received a large, what I believe to be a museum collection, of vintage dolls. There are approximately 300 dolls that appear to come from every part of the world. Many look to be handmade and many are porcelain, wood, ceramic...all kinds of materials are represented. They were stored and wrapped away in 1930's newspaper and some appear to be very, very old. Many of them also are tagged with a number, leading me to think they may have come from a museum. I reached out to Theriaults and they were not interested them. I would like to sell the whole entire lot, but am not sure if this is do-able. Any ideas? These pictures are only a fraction of what came in...along with some doll furniture.
