Tapedrive and restocking fidgets question

Hey, somewhat of a new guy to fidgets. I kinda want to ask if its more commonplace for fidgets (the base thing, not special skins) to be restocked every once in a while or if most fidgets only appear in limited runs and then are never restocked.

Like in the instance of Tapedrive. Should i expect it to be restocked at some point (I want a TI at a non-marked up price) or bite the bullet knowing that its the last time i can get it?

How to beat the hand-eye disconnect/ get more consistent?

Context: Im currently going thru the grandmaster lobby in sc2020, ultra difficult.

I am trying to extended reverse hyper into down-right diagonal dash here, but no matter how much i practice i just cant get it very consistently. I have spent 2 hours just doing this one tiny part. Doing it slowed down then bringing the speed back up works until i bring it to 100% speed, at which point it just deteriorates. A lot of 'hand-eye disconnect' moments where i miss the timing without meaning to, i just forget to do an input despite remembering about it or literally just press the wrong key because ??? hand just decided to.

This is not unique to this part either, it feels like in grandmaster i just need to super break down the level into parts and practice them individually by rote till i cant do it like 20%~ of the time. Sometimes it really feels like i have hit my ceiling and that im only progressing thru sheer memorization which takes me like 3hrs+ on a screen.

Are there any tips on where to go from here, how to be more consistent and/or break the hand-eye disconnect when doing the inputs?
