First timer, thoughts?

I'm curious to get some opinions and knowledge dropped on me. This is my first attempt and first time using agar other than microbiology class. Spores came from an spore print (2022) of a wild species. Plates inoculated 15 days ago. I'm planning on doing the first transfer ASAP to get rid of contamination. First I wanted see what the group mind thought about what's going on with these plates.

Too moist? Am I cooked?

4 months since repotting this babe.... Pot too big? Too much water? Everyone else seems to be doing well in my menagerie. Any suggestions?
