Out for Delivery
Package tracking lists as out for delivery in Philadelphia.
I don't live in Philadelphia.
The electronic label shows my correct home address and zip+4 on the photo provided by the seller.
My local posr office was no help, they gave me a regional number and itcrings then says voicemail is full. I've been trying for a week to get a hold of soneone.
What's the next step?
