Lemonade agreed to settle claims related to an online quote-platform data exposure that may have involved personal information such as driver’s license data.
Potential payout: cash payment from a $10.5 million fund; up to $10,000 for documented losses; plus credit-monitoring and insurance-related services.
Filing effort: Medium — simple if you received notice, but documented-loss claims require proof.
Settlement website: https://www.lemonadedatadisclosuresettlement.com/
If you had an account on the Delta Dental healthcare portal between Jan. 23, 2021, and Jan. 23, 2025, you may be eligible.
Official website is at https://wysstaservicesclassaction.com/
You will need a class member ID in order to file. To search for your notice email, try the following keywords:
"Feeler v. Wyssta Services" OR "Wyssta Services" OR "Delta Dental Plan Members" OR "my.deltadentalcoversme.com" OR "Kroll Settlement Administration" OR "Claim ID" OR "Notice ID" OR "Unique ID" OR "Settlement ID" OR "Class Member ID" OR "PIN"
Posting because these are easy to miss. While most require that your info was included in the breach, that you received a notice, or that you have a notice ID/PIN, the payments for data breach cases are usually MUCH higher than other types of settlements.
PSA: Don’t use random claim-filing services or pay anyone to file these for you. Go directly to the official settlement site, read the FAQ, and only submit a claim if you’re actually a class member. Some require a unique ID/PIN from a notice, and documented-loss claims usually need receipts, bank statements, credit-monitoring invoices, police reports, or similar proof.
