How does your club schedule dispensing ?

We have 22 spots today for an hour all spots were full . I had back tk back carts of nothing but drinks and waters. There was someone prepping orders but they only have one person taking all orders out. After loading for truck beds full of drinks back to back I walked in to 12 carts lined up and asked of someone could hell me catch up . It's texas and 100 degrees . I felt nauseas and was ignored.

Is this the norm for all clubs . Last week we had a girl faint and be taken away in an ambulance because she was also only dispenser .
