Hi! I'm an upcoming third year at UCR and am currently looking for an apartment to hopefully move in by early/mid September. My budget is 900$ and under and I'm looking for a private room. I also know someone else who is looking to live with me and she's also a third year + has 2 cats so anything pet friendly would be preferred :) We would also prefer if it's female only.
